Our AOP
Châteauneuf-Du-Pape
Produced at domaine Lou Gaëlou
The Font-Jillarde Châteauneuf-du-Pape are produced on terraces in height, with vines of 30 to 50 years, under a Mediterranean climate. Composed of Grenache (70%), Syrah and Mourvèdre for the reds, and Clairette blanche, Bourboulenc and Roussanne for the whites, these wines are round and ample with aromas of small red fruits and a great length in mouth.
Our AOP Vacqueyras
Produced at Domaine Galets Pourpres
Our Vacqueyras Les Molines, is composed of black Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre, grown on terraces with strong sunshine. Traditionally vinified in closed vats for 18 to 25 days, it is then aged in vats and barrels. It offers aromas of black cherry, blackberry and candied fruit, and has a harmonious roundness and structure.
Our AOP Gigondas
Produced at Galets Pourpres estate
Our Gigondas Les Fétoules, is made of black Grenache and Syrah, grown in the driest area of the Rhone Valley. Vinified with a long maceration of 18 to 25 days, the Syrah ages 3 to 6 months in barrels and the Grenache in vats. Powerful, concentrated and balanced, this wine is round, fat and full-bodied with a beautiful finish.
